Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Am I eligible for a return?

  • You may initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item(s) must be in unused and original condition, with the packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. Refund eligibility:

Products can be returned in the following cases:

  1. If you have received a damaged product. (Although we ensure that optimum protective packaging is used for all our shipments but in rare cases products may get damaged in transit.)
  2. If you have received a product not matching in terms of size or design selected by you in your order.

We may ask you to share photos & video of the items received. Once assessed we will initiate the next steps. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.

3. How can I initiate a return request?

It can be raised by emailing us at ekaavi.info@gmail.com, with your Order Number. We will respond to your email within 1-2 working days.

Please note, you will have to bear the Return Shipping Cost. EKAAVI will not reimburse the Return Shipping Cost. Please use a reputed courier company that provides you with a tracking number to return your product. Any product lost in the Return Shipment is not the responsibility of EKAAVI.
